Severity Bands

  • Sev 1: critical outage or data-risk event requiring immediate response.
  • Sev 2: major degradation with business impact and urgent remediation.
  • Sev 3: localized or moderate issue with planned remediation.
  • Sev 4: minor issue or request tracked for backlog scheduling.
